Overview

The Turner Motorsport muffler delete is a direct-fit exhaust component designed for F3x chassis BMWs with N55 engines. It replaces the factory muffler with a high-flow, straight-through pipe to produce a louder exhaust note and more exhilarating turbo noise. This kit is constructed from TIG-welded, brushed 304 stainless steel tubing with a wall thickness of 1.25mm and a size ranging from 63.5-80mm.

Ditch your heavy and restrictive factory muffler with the Turner Motorsport Muffler Delete Kit for F3x N55-powered BMWs. This kit replaces the OEM muffler with a high-flow, straight-through exhaust pipe, offering a simple and cost-effective way to achieve a louder exhaust note and more exhilarating turbo sound without replacing the entire exhaust system. Constructed from TIG-welded, brushed 304 stainless steel, the tubing measures 63.5-80mm with a 1.25mm wall thickness. The mandrel-bent design ensures a precise fit in the factory exhaust location and features integrated hangers for direct fitment. The inlet slips over the OE exhaust tubing with a flared end for a secure connection, and a stainless steel clamp is included for the inlet. A cut line is present for the addition of optional aftermarket exhaust tips. This muffler delete kit shaves off 17.0 lbs, with the kit weighing only 8.0 lbs compared to the OEM muffler at 25.0 lbs. Installation is described as a simple DIY process, potentially requiring an exhaust pipe cutter. The product is backed by Turner Motorsport's Lifetime Replacement Program. This muffler delete is specifically designed for the BMW F30 335i, F30 335i xDrive, F32 435i, F32 435i xDrive, F33 435i, and F33 435i xDrive, all equipped with the N55 3.0L engine.
