Overview

The VRSF Stainless Steel Muffler Delete is an exhaust modification designed for the 2007-2013 BMW 335i, 335xi, and 335is models with N54 & N55 engines. This component replaces the restrictive OEM muffler to reduce back pressure, leading to faster turbo spool, increased power, and a more aggressive exhaust note. It is constructed from mandrel-bent, tig-welded 304-grade stainless steel with smooth radius bends for improved flow. Polished 90mm tips are included.

Show original supplier description

The VRSF Stainless Steel Race Muffler Delete is a performance-oriented exhaust modification engineered for the 2007-2013 E90/E91/E92/E93 BMW 335i, 335xi, and 335is equipped with the N54 or N55 engine. By removing the factory muffler, this component significantly reduces back pressure, contributing to quicker turbo spool, an overall increase in power, and a more aggressive exhaust tone. Hand-crafted from 2.5-inch, 304-grade stainless steel, this muffler delete features mandrel bends and tig welding for optimal durability and flow. It includes polished 90mm tips and is designed with smooth radius bends to minimize turbulence. This product is compatible with both RWD and AWD configurations, as well as Left Hand Drive (LHD) and Right Hand Drive (RHD) models. Installation requires cutting the factory exhaust system. All necessary installation hardware is included with the product, though the tips themselves do not require additional hardware. VRSF backs this muffler delete with a Lifetime Warranty against defects and fitment issues.
