Overview

The Precision Raceworks Multi-Port Injection Kit is an aftermarket fuel delivery upgrade for BMW S55 engines. It enables the use of supplemental fuel for high-output builds and is fully compatible with E85 fuel.

This kit includes genuine Bosch injectors and stainless steel braided PTFE fuel lines. It utilizes a custom manifold plate and OEM-spec gaskets to ensure a factory-like fit within the engine bay.

The Precision Raceworks Multi-Port Injection Kit is designed to address the fueling limitations of the stock S55 engine, which typically struggles to support power levels beyond 600rwhp on 93 octane or ethanol blends. By adding this supplemental port injection system, you can safely support builds ranging from 400whp up to 1,000whp without overtaxing the factory system. The kit features genuine Bosch injectors flow-matched to within 2% or better for precise delivery, accompanied by a detailed certificate of conformance. The fuel delivery system utilizes smooth-bore PTFE lines with stainless and nylon braiding, ensuring complete compatibility with all fuel types, including E85. Installation requires a supplemental injector controller, such as the Split Second AIC-6 or the Motiv Re|Flex controller. The kit includes all necessary hardware, including stainless steel extended studs and OEM-spec manifold gaskets. Please note that this product is not for sale or use in the state of California on any pollution-controlled vehicle per California Air Resources Board regulations.
