Multi-Port Injection Upgrade w/ Bosch Motorsport Injectors

The HPA Motorsports Multi-Port Injection (MPI) kit is designed to add multi-port injection capabilities to the factory manifold on North American EA888 Gen 3 engines. This upgrade allows for the necessary extra fueling to support flex fuel and Stage 3 power levels, effectively converting the factory injection system into a dual MPI and GDI setup. HPA Motorsports uses OEM components, identical to those found in Rest of World (ROW) EA888.3 engines, ensuring seamless integration. This kit includes four 980 CC Bosch Motorsport MPI injectors, which are fully ethanol compatible and designed for high-output fuel delivery when properly tuned. All necessary mounting hardware, sensors, and plug-and-play wiring harnesses are provided for a comprehensive installation. The system is compatible with both HPA High-Pressure Fuel Pumps and OEM High-Pressure Fuel Pumps, with a T-fitting included to distribute fuel supply to the port injectors if using an OEM pump. Beyond enhancing performance, the MPI system offers an added benefit of continuously cleaning the factory intake valves, which helps to limit carbon buildup. This not only supports higher power output but also contributes to maintaining engine health and potentially reducing service costs associated with carbon deposits. A note from the manufacturer states that software is required to activate and run the MPI system on OEM ECU tuning applications.
