Description

The original solenoids in multiple displacement systems (MDS) on certain Chrysler engines fail when their plastic housings become brittle from underhood heat and the oil passages become clogged by sludge. This convenient, time-saving Dorman OE FIX MDS solenoid kit includes four upgraded solenoids needed to make a complete repair. Each solenoid features a more durable aluminum housing and premium compression-tested O-rings to restore the system pressure required to deactivate the cylinder during MDS operation.
