The Malossi Multivar 2000 is a sport transmission variator designed to enhance scooter acceleration and performance. It features a half-pulley made of an aluminum alloy with silicon content, machined on high-precision CNC machines with a diamond finish and recalculated roller sliding guides. The sliding bushing is made of self-lubricating sintered steel, and the hub is constructed from alloyed steel with a hard chromium facing.

The Malossi Multivar 2000 variator is engineered to provide a sport transmission with superior racing acceleration. Constructed with precision, the Multivar 2000 features a half-pulley made from a silicon-content aluminum alloy, meticulously machined on high-precision CNC machines and finished with a diamond surface for optimized roller guide performance. It includes a self-lubricating sintered steel sliding bushing and a hub made of alloyed steel, which boasts a ground and lapped hard chromium facing for durability. The variator also utilizes calibrated, highly resistant HTROLL rollers made from a specific CPT formula, with options for 10.5g and 12.5g weights. This variator is specifically designed for the Honda Vario 150 ie 4T LC 2019-> (KF29E) and is also compatible with various Honda PCX 125 and 150 models from different years, including PCX 125 ie 4T LC euro 3 <-2011 (JF28E), PCX 125 ie 4T LC euro 3 2012->2014 (JF47), PCX 150 ie 4T LC euro 3 2012->2014 (KF12E), PCX 150 ie 4T LC euro 3 2015->2017 (KF19E), and PCX 150 ie 4T LC euro 4 2018->. It is also listed as compatible with the Honda SH mode 125 ie 4T LC euro 3 2013->2016 (JF51E).
