Need a 3 inch exhaust system, but are concerned about the fit around your shocks and/or gas tank? With plenty of flow to handle the horsepower and a fit that rivals OEM, the new Pypes 3 inch Hybrid systems combine the best of both worlds. These 3 inch Pypes Hybrid Systems use our 3 inch X-Pipe technology and a set of custom (3 inch in to 2.5 inch out) mufflers connected to a set of 2.5 inch mandrel bent tailpipes. These kits are complete with all the required 3 inch to 2.5 inch components to get you from the cross-member back with ease. All components are constructed of 409 stainless steel and backed by our limited lifetime warranty. These systems are the way to go for higher horsepower vehicles that have out-grown standard 2.5 inch systems, but suffer from serious tailpipe space limitations. Pypes Hybrid 3 inch System design allows for optimal flow while the OEM style 2.5 inch tailpipes provide ideal fitment. The increased volume through the 3 inch X-Pipe and 3 inch Mufflers means better engine breathability with more torque and horsepower. The 3 inch Hybrid design releases back pressure and scavenges the exhaust through the X-Pipe, this creates a higher velocity of flow that results in increases to your car's overall performance. Does not fit staggered shocks. Convertible owners with OEM body brace must must run system under brace or fabricate brace spacers for X pipe clearance.
