Mustang II Adjustable Coil-Over Suspension Package

The Rod & Custom Motorsports RC-107-14 is a comprehensive Mustang II front suspension conversion kit specifically designed for 1960-1965 Ford Wagons and Rancheros. This package provides all necessary parts and hardware to replace your vehicle's original suspension with a modern rack-and-pinion system, significantly enhancing handling and braking performance. It is engineered to solve common clearance issues when installing larger V8 engines into these vehicles. The kit features a new crossmember with ride height adjustable upper coil-over mounts and engine mount stands. It includes new 4-piece tubular A-arms, new steel MII spindles available in stock height or a 2-inch drop, and a new 11-inch single-piston OE brake kit with stainless flex lines. A new manual rack and pinion with bushings and tie rod ends are also provided, with a power rack option available. The package also includes a 1-inch powder-coated sway bar, left and right tower replacement panels, and a new steering hookup kit. Installation requires the user to supply a disc brake master cylinder and an engine with a rear sump oil pan, as the front-steer design necessitates this. The kit utilizes QA1 adjustable coil-over shocks and springs for precise ride height and shock control.
