MUSTANG POWER KIT: 67-70 WITH ORIGI

This kit provides power steering for modern driving comfort. It mounts in the original chassis location with no chassis modification, and the center support does not need to be removed. All kits are available with or without a Tilt Column. The kit includes an all-new power rack and pinion with lifetime serviceability, a stronger 1-inch diameter rack gear, more than 6 inches of travel and full turning radius, and bolts into the existing chassis with no suspension modification. It is fluid and pressure tested and certified. The kit includes a collapsible tilt column, mounting hardware, wiring connector, universal joints, a patented rack & pinion cradle system, a power steering pump with bracket and pulley, and an aluminum mounting reservoir (hoses sold separately). Note: This kit is recommended for a vehicle with a 289/302/351W motor and automatic transmission. If you are not using the original exhaust manifolds, custom headers or part #FR50003C (Small Block Exhaust Headers) may be required.
