The GForce 1996-2004 Mustang to SBC Full Kit is a power kit designed to facilitate the installation of a Small Block Chevy (SBC) engine into your Mustang. This kit includes adapter plates, high-temperature black headers, and engine lift plates to simplify the process.

The headers are designed to clear the steering shaft and other engine bay components, and they feature a 3-inch ball and socket connector for easy exhaust system connection. The headers are rated for 1200 degrees Fahrenheit and include manifold gaskets.

The GForce 1996-2004 Mustang to SBC Full Kit provides essential components for integrating a Small Block Chevy (SBC) engine into your Mustang chassis. They feature a 3-inch ball and socket connector for a secure and straightforward connection to your exhaust system. The headers are rated for 1200 degrees Fahrenheit and come with manifold gaskets. Installation notes indicate that an engine with a carburetor may sit taller, potentially requiring an aftermarket or modified hood, such as a 2-inch cowl. While larger oil pans can be fitted, they may necessitate minor modifications to the K Member gussets. Important considerations for header fitment include compatibility with specific SBC head designs. Early versions of fast burn aluminum heads will work with G Force headers. However, newer versions featuring a "Bow Tie Logo" on the castings, with raised ports of 0.200 inches, will not seal properly with the G Force header flanges. Additionally, these headers will NOT work with angle plug heads. For some Fox Body Mustang applications, an aftermarket steering shaft with a small universal joint may be necessary, as the large rag-joint steering coupler will not clear.
