The TiAL MV-R 44mm wastegate is a compact, high-performance external wastegate engineered for universal applications where space is limited. Its ultra-compact design, measuring just 4.17 inches in height, allows for flexible installation in tight engine bays. The unit features a high-temperature silicone-reinforced actuator diaphragm and uses a stainless steel valve seat and valve bushing for reliable operation and extended service life. Technically, the MV-R offers improved thermal management with integrated -4 AN water cooling ports, allowing coolant to circulate through the actuator top to maintain stable temperatures. The wastegate includes three lower and two upper air ports to facilitate easier routing without requiring the rotation of the actuator top. It is constructed with 304L stainless steel mating weld flanges and stainless steel hardware for maximum durability. Included in the package are the MV-R assembly, inlet and outlet V-band clamps and flanges, a CNC-machined air and coolant fitting kit, and a comprehensive seven-spring kit for adjustable pressure control. This unit serves as a direct bolt-on replacement for legacy V44 models and includes plugs for any unused air ports during installation.
