MV-R 44mm External Wastegate

The TiAL Sport MV-R 44mm External Wastegate is engineered for high performance and compact installation, offering a more streamlined solution than other 44mm or 46mm wastegates on the market. Its ultra-compact design fits into tight spaces, and the V-band inlet and outlet, along with included flanges and clamps, simplify the installation process. Construction highlights include a high-temperature NiCrFe based alloy valve and 347SS valve housing for enhanced durability and product life. The actuator utilizes a high-temperature silicone Nomex-reinforced diaphragm and a 17-7 PH Stainless Steel spring, ensuring consistent pressure at high temperatures and resistance to relaxing up to 900F (483C). For precise control and wear resistance, the valve seat and bushing are made from Nitronic 60 Stainless Steel, complemented by all stainless steel hardware and 304L mating weld flanges. Installation is made easier with three lower and two top air ports, eliminating the need to rotate the actuator top. Plugs are provided for unused ports. Additionally, integrated -4 AN water cooling ports allow for a small coolant flow through the actuator top to manage temperatures in extreme conditions like road racing. These cooling ports are leak-tested from the factory and can be removed if not needed. An optional extreme high-temperature casting is available for motorsport applications.
