MV-R 44mm Wastegate

The TiAL MV-R 44mm wastegate is engineered for precise boost control in demanding performance applications. Its ultra-compact design is smaller than comparable 44mm or 46mm wastegates, allowing it to fit into tight spaces. The unit offers convenience with two top and three bottom air ports, eliminating the need to rotate the actuator top; plugs are included for unused ports. Construction features include a high-temperature silicone-reinforced actuator diaphragm, stainless steel for the valve seat and bushing, and all stainless steel hardware. The mating weld flanges are 304L stainless steel. The actuator is available in anodized aluminum colors, including Silver, Red, Blue, Purple, and Black. For extreme conditions, integrated -4 AN water cooling ports are included to help regulate actuator temperature by cycling coolant. The benefits of the MV-R include a consistent pressure output from its stainless steel actuator spring, even at high temperatures. The high-temperature alloy used for the valve, combined with the stainless steel valve housing, contributes to a longer product lifespan compared to other designs. Installation is facilitated by V-Band inlet and outlet connections, with the necessary flanges and clamps provided in the box. This wastegate is described as a universal application.
