MV-S 38mm External Wastegate

The TiAL Sport MV-S is a 38mm external wastegate, recognized as one of the most compact units available, measuring only 3.7 inches tall. Its construction utilizes high-temperature NiCrFe alloy for the valve and 347SS for the valve housing, ensuring longevity and resistance to extreme conditions. The actuator diaphragm is made from high-temperature silicone Nomex reinforcement, while the actuator spring is constructed from 17-7 PH Stainless Steel, designed to provide consistent pressure even at high temperatures up to 900°F (483°C) and resist relaxation. The valve seat and bushing are made from Nitronic 60 Stainless Steel, and all hardware is stainless steel. The mating weld flanges are made of 304L stainless steel. This wastegate comes with a standard 0.5 Bar spring, but springs are interchangeable, allowing for adjustment of boost pressure. The anodized aluminum actuator is available in multiple colors, including Black. It features three lower ports and two upper ports for straightforward installation, with plugs provided for unused ports. The V-Band inlet and outlet design simplifies installation, and flanges and clamps are included. Please note that this product is for RACING/COMPETITION use only and may require modification.
