MV-S 38mm External Wastegate

The TiAL MV-S 38mm External Wastegate is engineered for precise boost control in turbocharged applications. This wastegate is a popular choice for high-performance vehicles, offering enhanced reliability and durability over previous designs. It features a compact form factor, standing only 3.7 inches tall, which allows for installation in tight spaces. Constructed with premium materials, the MV-S utilizes a high-temperature NiCrFe alloy for the valve and a 347SS valve housing to ensure longevity under demanding conditions. The actuator diaphragm is made from high-temperature silicone Nomex reinforced material, and the actuator spring is crafted from 17-7 PH Stainless Steel, designed to maintain consistent pressure even at temperatures up to 900°F (483°C). The valve seat and bushing are made from Nitronic 60 Stainless Steel, and all hardware is stainless steel. The mating weld flanges are 304L. This wastegate includes integrated -4 AN water cooling ports, which are optional but beneficial for heavy-duty applications to manage actuator temperatures. It also features three bottom pressure ports and two top ports for convenient connection of boost controllers. The V-Band inlet and outlet, along with included flanges and clamps, simplify installation. All springs are included, allowing for tuning to achieve desired boost levels without purchasing additional components.
