Description

The TiAL 38mm MV-S External Wastegate is engineered for optimal boost control in a compact design, standing only 3.7 inches tall. It supersedes previous 38mm models and features water cooling ports for heavy-duty applications, along with three bottom pressure ports and two top ports for boost controllers. The valve is constructed from a high-temperature NiCrFe alloy, housed in 347SS for durability, and features a high-temperature silicone Nomex-reinforced actuator diaphragm. The actuator spring is made of 17-7 PH Stainless Steel, maintaining consistent pressure up to 900°F (483°C). Both the valve seat and bushing are made from Nitronic 60 Stainless Steel. All hardware is stainless steel, and the mating weld flanges are 304L.
