MV-S 38mm V-Band External Wastegate

The TiAL MV-S is a 38mm V-band external wastegate engineered for optimal boost control in turbocharged applications. This wastegate is significantly more compact than its predecessors, standing only 3.7 inches tall while providing high flow capacity. Its V-band flanges simplify installation, and the inclusion of mating weld flanges and clamps means all necessary hardware for connection is provided. Constructed with high-temperature materials, the MV-S features a NiCrFe based alloy valve and a 347SS valve housing for durability. The actuator utilizes a high-temperature silicone Nomex reinforced diaphragm and a 17-7 PH Stainless Steel spring, designed to maintain consistent pressure even at elevated temperatures up to 900°F (483°C). Valve seats and bushings are made from Nitronic 60 Stainless Steel, and all hardware is stainless steel. Installation is further streamlined by the wastegate's port configuration: three lower and two upper air ports allow for easy connection to pressure sources and boost controllers without needing to rotate the actuator top. Plugs are included for any unused ports. The actuator is color-anodized aluminum and available in multiple colors, including Silver, Red, Blue, Purple, and Black. This wastegate is universally applicable, making it a versatile choice for various custom builds. The package includes the MV-S assembly, valve seat, inlet and outlet V-band flanges and clamps, two TiAL air fittings, plugs for unused ports, and all necessary springs.
