MVR 44mm External Wastegate

The Tial MVR 44mm wastegate is engineered for precise boost control in performance applications. Its compact design, with a 44mm valve size and MVR V-Band flange, offers a direct bolt-on solution for many turbocharger setups. The wastegate utilizes a high-temperature alloy for its valve and a stainless steel housing for durability. Key technical specifications include an adjustable wastegate spring pressure range of 0.2 bar to 1.5 bar (2.9 PSI to 21.76 PSI). The actuator features a high-temperature silicone-reinforced diaphragm and a stainless steel spring for consistent pressure under extreme conditions. The valve seat and bushing are also made from stainless steel, and all hardware is stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion. Installation is facilitated by two top air ports and three bottom air ports, with included plugs for unused ports, eliminating the need to rotate the actuator. The V-Band inlet and outlet make assembly straightforward, with mating weld flanges and clamps provided. Additionally, integrated -4 AN water cooling ports can cycle coolant through the actuator top to maintain optimal temperatures in high-stress environments. This wastegate is offered with a color anodized aluminum actuator in various colors, including Black, Silver, Red, Blue, and Purple. Its universal fitment makes it a versatile choice for custom turbo builds and upgrades.
