Description

The TiAL MVR 44mm External Wastegate is a legendary boost control device renowned for its performance and compact size. Proven in demanding racing environments like Pikes Peak, World Time Attack, and Formula Drift, it offers consistent and dependable boost management for turbocharged applications. Its compact dimensions, measuring just 4.17 inches high, make it an ideal choice when engine bay space is a premium. The actuator utilizes a high-temperature silicone Nomex reinforced diaphragm and a 17-7 PH stainless steel spring that maintains consistent pressure even at high temperatures. The CNC-machined 304L 12mm thick weld flanges and anodized 6061-T651 aluminum actuator are built for durability. The wastegate is 100% made in the USA. Installation is straightforward with a direct bolt-on design that is compatible with nearly any turbocharger setup. The wastegate is equipped with two top and three bottom air ports, allowing for flexible actuator housing orientation without rotation. A watercooling circuit is available as an optional feature for endurance racing applications. The wastegate includes air fittings and stainless hardware for convenience.
