MVR 44mm External Wastegate

The TiAL MVR 44mm External Wastegate is a legendary boost control device known for its compact size and high performance in turbocharged applications. Measuring only 4.17" high, it's ideal for installations where space is limited, yet it outperforms larger competing wastegates. Constructed with durability in mind, the MVR wastegate features a 347 stainless steel alloy for the valve and housing, a high-temperature silicone Nomex reinforced actuator diaphragm, and a 17-7 PH stainless steel actuator spring for consistent pressure at extreme temperatures. The valve seat and bushing utilize Nitronic 60 stainless steel for enhanced reliability and longevity. It also includes CNC machined 304L 12mm thick weld flanges and a color-anodized 6061-T651 aluminum actuator. Installation is straightforward, with the wastegate designed as a direct bolt-on compatible with nearly any turbocharger setup. It offers flexibility with two top and three bottom air ports, eliminating the need to rotate the actuator housing based on port location. Optional watercooling circuits are available for endurance racing applications. The wastegate is 100% made in the USA and includes all necessary air fittings and stainless hardware.
