MVR 44mm External Wastegate

The TiAL MVR 44mm External Wastegate is a legendary boost control device, proven in high-level motorsports and trusted by Full-Race customers for consistent, dependable performance. Its compact design, measuring only 4.17 inches high, makes it ideal for installations where space is limited, yet it outperforms larger competing units. Constructed with premium materials, the wastegate utilizes 347 stainless steel for the valve and valve housing, offering enhanced durability. The actuator features a high-temperature silicone Nomex reinforced diaphragm and a 17-7 PH stainless steel spring, designed to maintain consistent pressure and resist relaxing at high temperatures (around 900F). Nitronic 60 stainless steel is employed for the valve seat and bushing, further contributing to reliability and longevity. It includes two top air ports and three bottom air ports, eliminating the need to rotate the actuator housing based on port location. CNC machined 304L weld flanges, V-band inlet and outlet with included clamps, and air fittings are all provided. Optional water cooling ports (-4AN) are integrated for endurance racing applications to help manage actuator temperatures. Each TiAL MVR 44mm wastegate is proudly made in the USA and comes complete with the wastegate assembly, V-band clamp and flange for both inlet and outlet, CNC machined air and coolant fittings, plugs for unused air ports, and the selected wastegate springs.
