MVR 44mm External Wastegate

The TiAL MVR 44mm Wastegate is engineered to be more compact than existing 44 or 46mm wastegates on the market, offering an efficient solution for boost control in tight spaces. Constructed with a high-temp alloy valve and stainless steel housing, this wastegate ensures durability and longevity. It utilizes a high-temperature silicone-reinforced actuator diaphragm and stainless steel actuator spring for consistent pressure and reliable performance even at elevated temperatures. The valve seat and bushing are also stainless steel, complemented by all stainless steel hardware and 304L mating weld flanges. Installation is simplified with V-band inlet and outlet connections, and the wastegate comes with the necessary flanges and clamps. It features an integrated -4AN water cooling port system to help manage actuator temperatures in extreme conditions. The design includes 3 lower and 2 top air ports, with plugs provided for unused ports, eliminating the need to rotate the actuator top. Included with every Tial MVR are the wastegate assembly, inlet and outlet V-band clamps and flanges, CNC-machined air and coolant fittings, plugs for unused air ports, and wastegate springs (options available). Note that the optional position sensor kit is exclusively black.
