MVR 44mm External Wastegate

The TiAL Sport MVR 44mm wastegate is engineered to be more compact than other 44mm or 46mm wastegates on the market, offering a direct bolt-on replacement for the TiAL V44. This unit simplifies installation with its configuration of two top air ports and three lower air ports, all of which are easily accessible. It also includes integrated -4 AN water cooling ports that can cycle coolant through the actuator top to maintain lower temperatures during extreme conditions like road racing. Constructed with high-temperature resistant materials, the MVR features a NiCrFe based alloy valve and a 347SS valve housing, contributing to a longer product life. The actuator diaphragm is made from high-temperature silicone Nomex reinforced material, while the actuator spring is 17-7 PH Stainless Steel, designed to maintain consistent pressure and resist relaxing up to 900°F (483°C). For added longevity and corrosion resistance, especially when using leaded racing fuels, the MVR incorporates a wear coating that is resistant to the corrosive effects of lead oxide. The wastegate utilizes Nitronic 60 Stainless Steel for its valve seat and valve bushing, ensuring robust performance. All hardware is stainless steel, and the mating weld flanges are 304L. It comes with V-Band inlet and outlet flanges and clamps for a secure and pressure-tight fit. The included springs allow for a pressure range of 0.2 BAR to 1.5 BAR, and multiple color options are available for the anodized aluminum actuator, including silver, red, blue, purple, and black.
