MVR 44mm External Wastegate

The TiAL Sport MVR 44mm wastegate is a compact external wastegate engineered for custom turbo applications, offering a more streamlined installation with its dual top and triple bottom air ports. This unit is designed as a direct, bolt-on replacement for the TiAL V44 legacy model. Constructed with high-temperature materials, the wastegate utilizes a NiCrFe based alloy valve and a 347SS valve housing for enhanced durability. The actuator diaphragm is made from high-temperature silicone reinforced with Nomex, while the actuator spring is 17-7 PH Stainless Steel, ensuring consistent pressure and resistance to relaxing at temperatures up to 900°F (483°C). The valve seat and bushing are crafted from Nitronic 60 Stainless Steel, and all hardware is stainless steel. The mating weld flanges are 304L. Installation is made straightforward with V-Band inlet and outlet connections, with flanges and clamps included in the box. The wastegate includes integrated -4 AN water cooling ports that circulate coolant through the actuator top to manage extreme temperatures, especially in road racing conditions. These ports are leak-tested from the factory and can be removed if not needed. The MVR also features a wear coating resistant to the corrosive effects of lead oxide found in racing fuels. Springs are included to cover a boost range from .2 BAR to 1.5 BAR.
