MVR 44mm Wastegate

The TiAL Sport MVR 44mm Wastegate is a highly compact external wastegate, significantly smaller than other 44mm or 46mm units on the market. It is designed for precise boost control in custom turbo applications and serves as a direct bolt-on replacement for TiAL's legacy V44 models. The unit features a robust 44mm valve and MVR V-Band inlet/outlet, simplifying installation with included flanges and clamps. Constructed with high-temperature materials, the MV-R utilizes a NiCrFe alloy for the valve and a 347SS housing for durability. The actuator diaphragm is made from high-temperature silicone reinforced with Nomex, while the actuator spring is 17-7 PH Stainless Steel, ensuring consistent pressure even at high temperatures up to 900°F (483°C). The valve seat and bushing are crafted from Nitronic 60 Stainless Steel for longevity. All hardware is stainless steel. Installation is made easier with its unique port design, featuring two top and three bottom air ports, eliminating the need to rotate the actuator. Plugs are included for any unused ports. For extreme conditions like road racing, integrated -4 AN water cooling ports can cycle coolant through the actuator top to maintain optimal temperatures. An optional extreme high-temp casting is also available for motorsport applications. The wastegate's adjustable spring pressure ranges from 0.2 bar to 1.5 bar (2.9 PSI to 21.76 PSI), offering versatility for various tuning needs. It is universally fitment and available in multiple anodized aluminum actuator colors.
