MVR 44mm Wastegate

The TiAL Sport MVR Wastegate is a 44mm performance component engineered by TiALSport, a company with over three decades of experience in turbocharging systems. This wastegate is designed to be more compact than other 44mm or 46mm units on the market, offering a significant space-saving advantage. It includes two top air ports and three bottom air ports, facilitating straightforward installation, with plugs provided for any unused ports. The wastegate is constructed with high-temperature alloy for the valve and a stainless steel valve housing, contributing to a longer product life. The actuator features a high-temperature silicone-reinforced diaphragm and a stainless steel spring for consistent pressure, even under extreme temperatures. Stainless steel is also used for the valve seat and bushing, with all hardware being stainless steel. The mating weld flanges are made of 304L stainless steel. For enhanced thermal management, the MV-R wastegate integrates -4 AN water cooling ports that circulate coolant through the actuator top, keeping temperatures down during demanding use. It utilizes a V-Band inlet and outlet for easy installation, with flanges and clamps included in the box. The actuator is color-anodized aluminum and is available in various colors. This unit is a direct bolt-on replacement for TiAL's legacy V44 model.
