MVR 44mm Wastegate

The TiAL MV-R 44mm wastegate is engineered for a compact footprint, making it suitable for tight engine bays where larger wastegates won't fit. It boasts an ultra-compact design and V-band inlet and outlet connections, with flanges and clamps included in the box for straightforward installation. Constructed with high-temperature materials, the wastegate utilizes a NiCrFe-based alloy for the valve and a 347SS valve housing, contributing to extended product life. The actuator features a high-temperature silicone Nomex-reinforced diaphragm and a 17-7 PH stainless steel spring designed to maintain consistent pressure at temperatures up to 900F (483C) without relaxing. The valve seat and bushing are made from Nitronic 60 stainless steel, and all hardware is stainless steel. The mating weld flanges are constructed from 304L stainless steel. Installation is facilitated by an easily accessible port arrangement, with three lower and two top air ports, along with included plugs for unused ports. The MV-R also includes integrated -4 AN water cooling ports that can cycle coolant through the actuator top to manage temperatures in extreme conditions like road racing. These water ports are leak-tested from the factory and can be omitted if not needed. The wastegate comes with a racing valve stem featuring a wear coating resistant to corrosive lead oxide from racing fuels. Available in multiple colors including Silver, Red, Blue, Purple, and Black, the MV-R wastegate includes everything needed for installation: the MV-R assembly, two TiAL -4 removable water fittings, an MV-S Valve Seat, Inlet and Outlet V-band clamps & flanges, two TiAL air fittings, plugs for unused air ports, and extra actuator springs. The spring pressures are adjustable from 0.2 bar to 1.5 bar.
