MVS 38mm External Wastegate

The TiAL MVS 38mm External Wastegate is engineered to provide substantial flow capacity within an exceptionally compact design, standing only 3.7 inches tall. This makes it ideal for applications where space is limited, such as twin-scroll dual-wastegate setups. Key features include three bottom pressure ports and a top mount pressure port that can be rotated. The V-band wastegate and manifold connections ensure a reliable and easy seal, eliminating the need for gaskets. Tial has also improved the diaphragm seating to prevent pinching, enhancing serviceability. Each wastegate comes with a full set of springs for fine-tuning boost settings. Constructed with durable materials, the MVS wastegate utilizes a high-temp NiCrFe alloy for the valve and a 347SS valve housing. The actuator diaphragm is high-temperature silicone Nomex reinforced, paired with a 17-7 PH Stainless Steel spring designed to maintain consistent pressure even at temperatures up to 900°F (483°C). The valve seat and bushing are made from Nitronic 60 Stainless Steel, capable of withstanding high temperatures and pressures without binding. The wastegate is available in several anodized aluminum actuator colors, including Blue. All stainless steel hardware is included, along with mating weld flanges and clamps for the V-band connections. The design also includes plugs for unused pressure ports, offering flexibility during installation.
