MVS 38mm External Wastegate

The TiAL Sport MVS is a 38mm external wastegate engineered for optimal boost control across various ranges. This compact unit, standing only 3.7 inches tall, offers superior flow capacity compared to traditional wastegates. It supersedes previous 38mm designs and includes enhanced features such as water cooling ports, which are optional but recommended for heavy-duty applications, to prolong performance and component lifespan. Constructed with premium materials, the MVS wastegate features a high-temperature NiCrFe based alloy valve and a 347SS valve housing, ensuring extended product life. The actuator diaphragm is made from high-temperature silicone reinforced with Nomex, while the actuator spring utilizes 17-7 PH Stainless Steel for consistent pressure at elevated temperatures, resisting relaxation up to 900°F (483°C). The valve seat and bushing are crafted from Nitronic 60 Stainless Steel, and all hardware is stainless steel, with mating weld flanges made from 304L stainless steel. This wastegate comes with all necessary springs, allowing users to tune it precisely to their specific needs without additional purchases. The springs are pre-installed, so verifying settings before installation is advised. The MVS wastegate is suitable for a wide range of applications, from high-horsepower daily drivers to track-dedicated race cars and rally cars. It includes multiple pressure ports: three at the bottom and two at the top, compatible with boost controllers such as the AMS-1000. The unit is finished in a striking blue color.
