N18 Intake & Intercooler Hose Bundle

The M7 Speed N18 Intake & Intercooler Hose Bundle is a performance upgrade kit engineered to significantly improve your MINI's breathing capacity and power output. By replacing restrictive factory intake hoses with larger and smoother high-flowing components, this bundle includes the M7 Speed Intake Hose, Hot Side Turbo Charge Pipe, and Cold Side Elbow Kit, all designed for direct bolt-on installation. The M7 Intake Hose features a 45mm turbo connection diameter, eliminating the problematic factory reducer bushing and preventing potential turbo damage. It offers 33% larger internal flow volume with a smooth inner surface for optimized airflow to the turbocharger, and includes two electronic replicators to prevent check engine lights. The Hot Side Turbo Charge Pipe replaces stock piping from the turbocharger outlet to the intercooler inlet, providing uninterrupted airflow with smooth mandrel bends. Installation of this pipe alone has been shown to yield gains of 3.6 horsepower and 11.3 ft-lb of torque at the wheels. The Cold Side Intercooler Elbow Kit, with its interconnecting aluminum tube, is 61% larger in cross-sectional area than the OE pipe, resulting in smoother intake flow, reduced pressure drop, and more available power. This kit also eliminates the OE sound chamber to increase throttle response and mid-range to top-end power. This bundle is specifically designed for MINI Cooper models equipped with the N18 engine, including the Countryman (R60) and Paceman (R61).
