The VRSF Racing Downpipe is a high-performance exhaust upgrade engineered for the 2010-2016 BMW X1 28iX E84 models equipped with the N20 engine. By removing the factory catalytic converter, this downpipe significantly reduces exhaust back pressure. This reduction leads to quicker turbocharger spool, a notable increase in horsepower and torque, and a more aggressive exhaust tone. Crafted from hand-tig welded SS304 grade stainless steel, the downpipe features smooth radius bends designed to minimize turbulence and enhance exhaust flow. The turbo flange is precision CNC machined from billet 304 grade stainless steel for a secure and durable connection. This downpipe is backed by a lifetime warranty from VRSF. This component is specifically designed to fit the following BMW applications: 2010-2016 E84 BMW X1 28i & 28iX (N20), 2010-2016 E84 BMW X1 20i & 20iX (N20), and 2010-2016 E84 BMW X1 16i & 16iX (N20). Installation of this downpipe typically requires a tune to optimize performance and ensure proper engine operation.
