N20/N26 Chargepipe Kit

The Evolution Racewerks Chargepipe Kit is engineered to replace the factory charge pipe on BMW N20/N26 2.0T engines, addressing potential failures under increased boost. This high-performance upgrade is constructed from lightweight, 6061 high-grade aluminum with mandrel-bent piping, designed to optimize airflow characteristics for improved throttle response and reduced turbo lag. The chargepipe features a larger 2.75" upper pipe that matches the factory throttle body, ensuring maximum flow without obstruction. Its CNC-machined MAP sensor flange mimics the factory setup and utilizes the original o-ring seal for strength and reliability. The kit includes two 1/8" NPT threaded bungs, providing a convenient solution for installing methanol injectors or a boost gauge, and these bungs come with plugs for optional use. Available in three finishes—Mirror Polish, Type III Hard Black Anodizing, or Brushed Aluminum—the chargepipe offers both aesthetic customization and enhanced durability. The Type III Hard Black Anodizing option further hardens the aluminum piping, making it more resistant to accidental damage. This chargepipe is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This product is designed as a direct replacement for the original equipment and is intended to work with all factory emissions controls. It has not been tested for emissions compliance and is not legal for sale or use in California on any pollution-controlled motor vehicle or in any state or jurisdiction governed by CARB regulations.
