The Rough Country Premium N3 Shock Absorber (RC23141) is engineered for lifted GM Silverado, Sierra, Tahoe, Yukon, Suburban, Avalanche, Colorado, Canyon, and Dodge Ram vehicles, specifically for rear applications. Utilizing a 10-stage variable valving system, the N3 shock reacts to piston rod speed to adjust resistance. This dynamic valving allows for a comfortable and smooth ride on the highway while offering superior control and damping in demanding off-road environments. The shock features a 35mm piston and a chromed, hardened 18mm piston rod for durability. Its 54mm shock body is designed to dissipate heat effectively, ensuring consistent performance under stress. The shock has a collapsed length of 15.91 inches and an extended length of 26.00 inches, with eye-type upper and lower mounts for straightforward installation on compatible rear suspension systems.
