The DUDMD Tuning N47 Stage 1 performance flash tune offers a way to enhance the performance of your BMW's N47 turbo diesel engine. This tune modifies key parameters within the Engine Control Unit (ECU), also known as the DDE in BMW terminology. Specifically, it adjusts torque limiter maps, boost levels, and fuel maps to safely increase horsepower and torque. Performance gains for the Stage 1 tune are stated as approximately +40 WHP (wheel horsepower) and +80 WTQ (wheel torque). It is important to note that actual gains can vary from vehicle to vehicle, depending on factors such as the specific condition of the car and prevailing driving conditions.
