Description

The Genuine BMW Euro air filter housing is a direct replacement for your N52 powered BMW, sourced from Europe to offer enhanced performance and convenience. This European-spec part is designed with a less restrictive air filter element, which can contribute to a throatier engine sound under load and a slight power boost. Servicing your air filter is also made simpler with this Euro air box. Unlike the standard US-spec "sandwich style" air box that requires complete disassembly, this European version features a convenient top-loading filter. This Genuine BMW part is manufactured in France and meets the stringent quality standards expected of original BMW components. When installing this Euro air filter housing on US spec N52 equipped cars, you will need to reuse the standard 5-pin MAF sensor. European spec N52 powered models will utilize the standard 2-pin mass air flow sensor. For a replacement air filter, part number 13717536006 is recommended.
