The BimmerWorld N52 Manifold Upgrade Intermediate Kit is specifically curated for those installing a 330i N52 intake manifold onto their E82 128i or E90/E91/E92/E93 328i/328xi models. This intermediate kit bridges the gap between basic and full kits, providing crucial components to facilitate the manifold upgrade. Included in this kit are a new Rein crankcase vent hose (part number 11617559530), which is prone to breaking on the original manifold. You also receive a Rein lower DISA valve (11617579114) and a Rein upper DISA valve (11617560538), along with an OEM manifold gasket set (11617547242). Important considerations include a BMW recall for the crankcase vent heater (the 90° angle connector on the underside of the manifold), which is a fire risk if defective. It is advised to check if this has been replaced or to source the new BMW version. While the DISA valves are included, it's recommended to inspect their frame, flap mechanism, and seals for any damage. This kit is explicitly not for N51 SULEV models. It is designed for the following BMW fitments: 1 Series E82 / E88 (2008-2013) > 128i, and 3 Series E90 / E91 / E92 / E93 (2007-2013) > 328i and 328xi.
