N52 Performance Headers

The Roundelwerke N52 Performance Headers are engineered to enhance exhaust flow and unlock additional horsepower for N52 engines. Manufactured in the USA from T304 aircraft-grade stainless steel, these headers feature a durable TIG-welded construction and mandrel-bent tubing for optimal flow. Key performance benefits include improved power and torque throughout the entire rev range, with an estimated gain of up to 20 WHP. The headers utilize 3/8" thick lasercut and CNC machined flanges and a one-piece 3-into-1 formed collector. OEM O2 sensors are retained. These headers are strictly for race-only applications and are not legal for use on public roads. Installation on a street-driven vehicle will violate the Clean Air Act. Removal of primary catalytic converters will trigger a Check Engine Light (CEL) unless a DME flash is performed. A 1-year warranty is included. Fitment is limited to Left Hand Drive E8x 1-Series and E9x 3-Series models with the N52 engine only; they will not fit turbo applications. Specific applications include 2008-2012 E82 BMW 128i, 2006-2011 E90 BMW 323i/325i/325xi/328i/328xi/328i xDrive/330i/330xi, 2006-2012 E91 BMW 325xi/328i/328xi/328i xDrive, 2007-2013 E92 BMW 328i/328xi/328i xDrive, and 2007-2013 E93 BMW 328i. For Z4 models, modification of one flange on either the header or the stock mid-pipe will be necessary.
