N54 Aluminum Charge Pipe

The VRSF N54 Charge Pipe is engineered to enhance performance in select BMW N54-powered vehicles by optimizing airflow and reducing turbo lag. Crafted from durable aluminum, this component boasts a precisely machined CNC billet aluminum flange for a leak-free connection to the OEM throttle body and features 3" diameter piping for increased flow. The design incorporates a plugged 1/8" NPT nozzle, providing a convenient port for methanol injection systems, making it suitable for users currently employing or considering meth injection. Installation includes all necessary components such as couplers, clamps, and caps to cover the intake recirculation ports, ensuring a complete upgrade from the factory charge pipe. The charge pipe is available in a powdercoated black aluminum finish or a polished SS304 finish. VRSF also offers options for Tial or HKS blow-off valve (BOV) flanges, allowing for customization with popular aftermarket BOVs. This charge pipe is specifically designed for the following BMW applications: 2007-13 335i/is (E90/E91/E92/E93), 2010-12 535i/Xi (F10), 2008-12 135i N54 & 1M (E82), and 2012-15 X1 35i (E84). It is important to note that the OEM Twin Diverter Valve does not fit the E60 535i models (2008-2010), and this charge pipe is not compatible with RHD (Right-Hand Drive) vehicles without modification. Some users have reported that the C-clip connection may not fit as snugly as the OEM part.
