N54 Aluminum Turbo Outlet

The Vargas N54 Aluminum Turbo Outlet is engineered to optimize the performance of N54-powered BMW vehicles by eliminating restrictions in the intake tract. The factory charge pipe, with its small 1" opening and inefficient Y-section, is replaced by this aluminum unit. It features a full 1.5" internal diameter from the turbochargers, transitioning smoothly into a 2.5" outlet designed to interface with most aftermarket intercoolers. Vargas emphasizes that the smallest diameter providing adequate flow is best for maintaining flow velocity and improving time-to-torque. This outlet is constructed from aluminum and finished with a durable black powder coating. It is designed to fit all N54-powered BMWs, including models like the 335, 535, 135, Z4, and 1M. It is important to note that this product does NOT fit RHD (Right-Hand Drive) vehicles. The outlet offers different connection types, including V-band for various stock and aftermarket turbo configurations (Stage 1, Stage 2, Stage 2+, RB, Pure, TTE) and a hose barb connection for Vargas GC and GC Lite setups. Installation is best performed concurrently with turbocharger installation for easier access. If not done at the same time as the turbos, removal of the downpipes will likely be necessary. The outlet terminates with a 2.5" bead-rolled connection, utilizing the existing intercooler inlet hose for connection. The product comes with a 12-month warranty.
