N54 Aluminum Turbo Outlet

The Vargas Turbo Technologies N54 Aluminum Turbo Outlet is engineered to optimize the performance of N54-powered BMW engines by reducing restrictions in the intake and charge tract. The factory charge pipe's small opening and poorly designed Y-section are replaced by this aluminum outlet, which provides a full 1.5-inch diameter from the turbochargers to a smooth Y-transition. This leads to a 2.5-inch outlet designed to connect seamlessly with most aftermarket intercoolers. The design prioritizes maintaining flow velocity by using the smallest effective diameter, which aids in reducing the time to torque. This outlet is finished with a durable black powder coat. The outlet is available with various connection types, including V-band for stock and aftermarket turbos (RB, Pure, TTE, etc.), and hose barb for Vargas GC and GC Lite turbochargers. Silicone adapters are also offered to fit MMP turbos, though these require potential adjustments and are installed at the buyer's risk, with no returns if attempted installation fails. This turbo outlet is compatible with numerous N54-powered BMW models, including the 1 Series (E82/E88), 3 Series (E9X), 5 Series (E60/E61), Z4, and X5/X6. However, it explicitly does NOT fit Right-Hand Drive (RHD) vehicles. Additionally, it is not for sale or use in California on any pollution-controlled vehicle, as per the California Air Resources Board regulations.
