N54 Billet Aluminum Intake Manifold

The VTT/FF N54 Intake Manifold is a faithful recreation of the original Fab Factory design, now manufactured by Vargas Turbo Technologies. This performance intake manifold is crafted from aircraft-grade 6061-T6 billet aluminum, TIG welded for strength, and finished with an anodized coating for corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal. It offers enhanced functionality with two -10 ORB ports on the bottom for flexible PCV and vacuum routing, and three 1/8”-27 NPT ports on the top for easy access to manifold vacuum and boost references. Compared to other manifolds on the market, the VTT/FF N54 aims to provide superior performance and ease of use. Unlike manifolds with rough castings or limited vacuum options, this billet unit features internal velocity stacks (implied by "well designed" and comparison to "roughcast, no internal velocity stacks") and offers ample porting. The fuel rail is positioned for better injection angles and easier servicing, addressing common complaints about competitor products. Fitment has been tested on all E8X/E9X RWD vehicles without issue, provided stock-height engine mounts are used. However, the manufacturer cannot guarantee fitment on XI models due to reported hood clearance variations. If ordering for an XI vehicle, please proceed with caution, as attempted installations that result in non-fitting parts cannot be returned. This manifold is available in several anodized finishes, including standard clear, black, red, and blue, allowing for customization to match your build. Options for charge pipes, map sensor adapters, and various injector sizes (550cc, 900cc) are available for a complete system.
