N54 Charge Pipe Kit

The Evolution Racewerks Charge Pipe Kit is a performance upgrade for the 2006-08 BMW 135i/335i equipped with the N54 Twin Turbo Engine. Developed from the company's time attack racing program, this kit addresses limitations in the factory diverter valve system, especially under high boost applications. By optimizing charged intake airflow, the kit aims to significantly improve throttle response, reduce turbo lag, and unlock maximum power potential. Constructed from lightweight, High Grade 6061 Aluminum, the piping measures 3 inches at the throttle body connection. It features a precision CNC machined MAP sensor flange and a throttle body flange that replicates the factory's reliable o-ring lock design, ensuring a leak-free and secure connection. Unlike aftermarket alternatives that may use silicone hoses, this charge pipe maintains the robust factory-style connection, tested to hold over 25 PSI without signs of failure. The factory diverter valve sound baffle, which can create airflow turbulence, has been removed to maintain optimal charge intake air velocity. Installation is facilitated by beaded pipe ends and T-bolt clamps to prevent separation under boost, and all necessary hardware is included. The kit is compatible with both factory diverter valves and aftermarket factory-style replacements.
