N54 Charge Pipe Kit

The Evolution Racewerks charge pipe kit is engineered for the 2006-2008 BMW 135i/335i models equipped with the N54 Twin Turbo engine. By removing this baffle, the ER charge pipe promotes smoother airflow, leading to increased throttle response and decreased turbo lag. Constructed from high-grade 6061 aluminum, the piping measures 3" in diameter at the throttle body to optimize airflow. The kit retains the factory-style o-ring throttle body lock flange, featuring a precision CNC-machined flange for a leak-free connection that is quick and easy to engage and disengage. This is presented as a superior alternative to silicone hose and clamp connections used by other aftermarket pipes. The MAP sensor flange is also CNC-machined for a secure seal. The charge pipe includes beaded ends and T-bolt clamps to ensure secure connections under boost. This product is developed directly from Evolution Racewerks' 135i Time Attack racing program, addressing the limitations of factory diverter valves under high boost conditions. It is compatible with TIAL Blow off Valves or TIAL BOV compatible flanges (Turbosmart). The piping is available with an optional Type III Hard Black Anodizing for a stealthy look and improved durability, resisting dents and bends. All necessary hardware for installation is included. An optional TIAL Q Blow Off Valve is also available in various colors.
