N54 Chargepipe Kit (BOV)

The Evolution Racewerks Chargepipe Kit (BOV) is engineered to replace the stock chargepipe on the E60 535i models equipped with the N54 engine. The chargepipe is offered in three finish options: mirror polish, brushed silver, or a black hardcoat anodize. The hardcoat anodize finish not only offers superior protection and an original appearance but also increases the strength of the aluminum, further reducing the potential for failure. Special application notes indicate that this kit is for the upper chargepipe tube only and requires the reuse of the original rubber accordion boot and lower pipe. Customers can select their desired BOV style and finish from the product options, with HKS and TiAL blow-off valves available for purchase. This chargepipe upgrade comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
