N54 Chargepipe Kit (BOV)

The Evolution Racewerks Chargepipe Kit (BOV) is engineered as a direct replacement for the stock plastic chargepipe on 2007-2009 BMW E82 135i and E90/E92 335i models equipped with the N54 engine. The original plastic chargepipe is identified as a weak point prone to failure at the throttle body connection, boost diverter valve necks, or along the tube itself, resulting in lost boost and potential limp mode activation. This kit features a stronger chargepipe design compatible with aftermarket HKS or TiAL Blow Off Valves, which are sold separately. Customers can choose from three finish options: mirror polish, brushed silver, or black hardcoat anodize, with the latter providing enhanced strength and protection. Installation requires the reuse of the stock rubber accordion boot and lower pipe. This specific chargepipe is an "upper chargepipe tube only" design.
