The ARM N54 Intake Manifold is engineered to replace the fragile OEM plastic intake manifold, offering a robust solution for high-horsepower N54 builds. Designed to support upwards of 400whp and beyond, this manifold addresses the airflow limitations of the stock unit. Its full aluminum construction, made from high-strength T6061 aluminum, ensures durability against extreme boost pressures, heat soak, and deformation. It significantly increases airflow through smooth, high-flow runners and an optimized plenum volume, leading to improved efficiency and enhanced top-end power. The manifold also features integrated top-mounted port injection bungs, enabling the addition of a secondary fueling system for configurations requiring full E85, methanol-free tuning, or large turbo upgrades, supporting reliable performance at 600+whp. For N54s not utilizing port injection, included block-off plugs ensure proper functionality. Further enhancing its utility, the manifold includes multiple expansion vacuum ports, providing convenient access for accessories such as blow-off valves, boost gauges, and Hobb’s switches without the need for drilling or T-fittings. The product comes complete with a fuel rail, block-off plates, various fittings, throttle body bolts, mounting hardware, and O-rings.
