N54 Intake Manifold

The Evolution of Speed EOS BMW N54 intake manifold is a purpose-built upgrade for serious N54 owners, offering reliable port injection, increased plenum volume, and improved flow. It features topside injector mounting for easy service and a clean, motorsport look, with an optimized angle towards the valves for excellent atomization and distribution. The manifold is CNC machined in the USA for precise tolerances and features a high-gloss black powder coat finish. This manifold is designed to add port injection fueling headroom and can be ordered as a base unit (with injector plugs), a fueling kit with injectors (available in 52, 72, or 95 lb/hr options), or a fueling kit without injectors. It supports -6AN ORB fittings on the fuel rail for a dead-end configuration and includes a PTFE smooth bore corrugated fuel line with crimped AN fittings in the basic fueling kit. Additional provisions include 1/8 inch taps for port-injected meth on the bottom and multiple 1/4 inch NPT and 1/8 inch NPT taps on the front face for sensors and ancillaries. A phenolic spacer is included to manage heat transfer, along with 12 OE gaskets and 6 extended-length studs for straightforward installation. Designed for BMW N54 engines, this intake manifold also fits N55 or S55 engines with the block-off plate removed; verification of specific setup requirements is advised. It is compatible with BMW 1M (E82), 135i (E82, E88), and 335i (E90, E91, E92, E93) models equipped with N54 engines.
