N54 Turbo Outlets 2-Inch Aluminum

The ARM Motorsports N54 Turbo Outlets are engineered to enhance the performance of N54-equipped BMWs by optimizing airflow post-turbo. These outlets feature a robust 2-inch T6061 aluminum construction, effectively doubling the size of the stock piping for significantly improved air volume. The design merges the charged air from each turbo upstream before it enters the Front Mount Intercooler (FMIC), creating a more efficient flow path compared to the OEM's divorced piping design. The connection to the turbo uses an enlarged, CNC machined V-band fitting designed to be compatible with both OEM-style and upgraded turbos that use a 2-inch connection. Assembly is secured with a 5-layer silicone coupler, chosen for its ability to withstand high-boost applications without expanding. Two T-bolt clamps are included to ensure a leak-free and secure connection. The package includes the turbo outlets, two O-rings, one silicone coupler, and two clamps. These turbo outlets are specifically designed for the following BMW models with the N54 3.0L engine: E90 335i, E90 335xi, E92 335i, E92 335is, E92 335xi, E93 335i, and E93 335is. Importantly, this product does not fit right-hand-drive vehicles.
