N55 EWG BOSS Turbo Upgrade Kit

The CT's Turbo F-series BMW N55 EWG BOSS Turbo Upgrade kit is a premium, direct-fit turbocharger engineered for F3x BMW platforms equipped with the N55 EWG engine. It utilizes a GTX3582R-style Gen2 ceramic dual ball-bearing CHRA and a billet 10-blade compressor wheel for enhanced performance. The proprietary stainless steel turbine housing is flow-matched and VSR balanced to exceed OE tolerances, ensuring optimal airflow and durability. This turbocharger upgrade is designed to fit specific BMW models: F30 335i & 335xi produced after 07/2013, and F32/F33/F36 435i & 435xi from 2013 onwards. It maintains stock fitment, stock location, and allows the use of stock fitment exhaust downpipes, intake pipes, and charge pipes. The turbocharger is designed to move a lot of air at fairly low boost levels, with a maximum boost level of 20PSI. Significant post-installation requirements and recommendations are critical for proper operation. BIG TURBO SOFTWARE TUNING IS REQUIRED VIA THE ECUTEK PLATFORM, and fueling upgrades are recommended. Professional installation and tuning are mandatory. Furthermore, the wastegate MUST BE CALIBRATED WITH ISTA+ BEFORE TUNING; failure to do so will cause tuning problems. Dyno results show up to 580 whp and 546 ft/lb at 20psi on flex fuel with supporting modifications.
