Description

The Evolution Racewerks Intake Upper Charge Pipe provides a lifetime solution to the common issue of cracked or broken lower intake pipes found in several BMW models, including the F10 535i, F06/F13 640i, E70/F15 X5 35i, and E71/F16 X6 35i. These failures can lead to reduced power and leave drivers stranded. The original factory ducts are made of plastic, which degrades over time due to heat and chemicals. This upgraded pipe is constructed from 6061 aluminum with superior flow characteristics. This charge pipe is designed to replace BMW part numbers 13717588268, 13717609811, and 137178626487. It is available in three finish options: Mirror Polish, Type III Hard Black Anodizing, or Brushed Aluminum. The Type III Hard Black Anodizing offers added durability against accidental damage. This product is the upper portion only; a matching lower section is available separately. It has not been evaluated or tested for emissions compliance and is not legal for installation or use in California or any other jurisdiction governed by CARB regulations for aftermarket parts.
